Yoho Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel Macau

We had a fantastic time at the Roosevelt! The pool and views of the race course were absolutely amazing. The wrap around balcony provided breathtaking vistas and the king size bed was incredibly comfortable. We also loved the Japanese style toilet and the decadent electronic curtains. our stay was very pleasant and we highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is close to the front desk area for check-in, and also within walking distance to the Hong Kong ferry. The room itself was spacious and had a breathtaking view of COTAI. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the service provided by the housekeeping staff was top-notch.

The breakfast options were limited, with only a few choices available.

The staff were amazing, warm and solicitous. Filipinos are incredibly hospitable. Not crowded, nice pool view. Free water bottles, good for kids. Diana from the restaurant was amazing. Excellent food, beautiful pool and gym. Approachable and helpful staff. Convenient shuttle service.

The location is great, just a short walk to the Kowloon ferry in Taipa, making it convenient for day trips to Hong Kong. The front desk area for check-in is spacious and welcoming. The hotel is also close to the Casinos, providing entertainment options for guests. The rooms are lovely, with comfortable beds and the bathroom facilities are clean and well-maintained. The breakfast offers a variety of options to satisfy different tastes. The view from some rooms is breathtaking, showcasing the city skyline and ocean.

The hotel lacks in-room coffee service, which can be inconvenient for guests who want a morning pick-me-up without leaving their room.

The staff were friendly and caring, providing excellent customer service throughout our stay. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning kept the room at a perfect temperature. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a spacious gym and a pool that was enjoyable when the weather allowed. The location was convenient, with easy access to the HK ferry and the front desk area for check-in. Additionally, the breakfast selection was good and reasonably priced.

Good , We had an incredible stay here, being able to relax in luxury and comfort. the room was stunning, boasting high, end furnishings and state, of, the, art equipment. We made good use of the outdoor swimming pool, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and a sun terrace that provided an exclusive and serene experience away from the noise of the city.

Bad , Although it was a minor issue, we found the poolside snack bar to be unimpressive and lacking in options. the quality of the facilities in this hotel more than made up for it with an array of exclusive amenities such as pool with a view, outdoor dining area, private facilities, and garden area.

Best aspects of my xmas stay at this hotel were the beautiful room and the excellent food. the room was lovely, with a great view and fantastic lighting. the bed was very comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep. the food for breakfast and dinner was also top-notch, with a variety of delicious options to choose from.

Worst aspects of my xmas stay at this hotel were the lack of food options and the subpar service. the food options felt limited, especially for room service.
